I’ve supported executive leaders through high-impact initiatives in talent management, succession planning, organizational design, and change leadership, particularly in functions like Finance, IT, and Real Estate. My experience spans multiple industries, including automotive, energy, retail, and professional services, where I’ve helped teams navigate growth, complexity, and transformation. I focus on delivering solutions that are both strategic and actionable.
As a U.S. Army Veteran and former law enforcement officer, I bring a mission-focused mindset and a commitment to service in every client engagement.
I hold an MBA and a BA in Organizational Development and Leadership from Walsh University, and I am certified as a Senior Professional in Human Resources (SPHR).

As a proud Marion native, I’ve built my career on the belief that strong communities—and strong businesses—begin with empowered people. With over a decade of experience in HR leadership, I bring a people-first mindset, strategic vision, and practical expertise to every organization I support.
My background spans leading employee engagement efforts, launching impactful leadership development programs, and driving inclusive workplace strategies that deliver meaningful results. From onboarding experiences to executive coaching, I specialize in aligning HR initiatives with business objectives to strengthen both culture and performance.
I hold a Bachelor of Science in Business Administration with a focus in Human Resources, an MBA from Southern New Hampshire University, a PHR certification, and a DEI for HR certification. I’ve served on executive leadership teams, chaired DEI councils, and created learning programs that grow and support leaders at every level.
Whether I’m designing a new hire journey or facilitating a leadership workshop, my focus is on building trust, clarity, and momentum.
